I found EF through my college's career fair. I spoke with a recruiter and applied to the position later that day. The following day, I received a first round interview. I scheduled it a week later, and the questions were primarily behavioral. It lasted about 30 minutes and the recruiter was pleasant to talk to. The 2nd round was a video interview. However, it took 5 weeks to get the invite.
