Recruited found me on LinkedIn and proposed a short call to understand the role. I had one initial call with recruiter, then I was asked to solve a programming task. Task had an average difficulty, but I found it interesting. I could choose from bunch of available programming languages and there were few days given to me to complete it. After task was reviewed and accepted, I had three calls - one with Team Manager, one with Backend Developer and with Ops Engineer. All of those talks were very friendly, informative and comfortable. They were focused on my experience in that role and challenges in the EF. Eventually someone with more Operations-related experience has been accepted, but I still find interviews in EF a great experience.
