You send in your resume, if they think you are a good candidate then someone from the recruitment office will contact you about a skype interview. If that goes well then you will have a 3 hour in person interview/ tour of the office. There is a final interview after that where you meet with the same people again (typically 2 team leaders and 2 people that currently do the job you are applying for), and you are also briefed about salary, benefits, etc.

There was a screening call and then I had the really interview. The people I interviewed with were kind and friendly. Overall the interview process was smooth and I did not have to wait long for a responses.

The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.
