Received an email shortly after online application to set up a phone interview. Had a lengthy phone interview. No follow up at all from the hiring manager after. Emailed him to tell him I got another job. Still no response. This may be an okay language school, but the person I interviewed with is very self-centered. He kept calling it 'my school.' He did not really represent the company or culture.
