It went swimmingly . They were thoughtful and personable with their questioning. They were willing to discuss salary and the potential for quick growth. I did not have sales experience so this role was perfect. They were well versed in the company and the intricacies of the role and location.

Pretty standard first phone screening. Asked the basic questions, and the interviewer seemed very personable but not very professional. I received an email to schedule a second interview. I then submitted my availability. I was then ghosted despite my three emails to clarify.
