A lot of lag time between when I submitted the application and when I was brought in for and interview. I had a phone screening first, follow up another phone call interview. Finally was brought in for an interview and met with 3 different people, each for 1 hour. They all asked me,essentially the same questions. It was not clear why we weren't all doing the interview together. They emphasized the company as young and entrepreneurial, but I was surprised by the lack of organization during the process. (I waited for 25 minutes in one room after meeting with someone, then was brought on a "walking tour" only to meet with another person for 1 hour. Meanwhile, they weren't clear if I was meeting with a third person or not, so I waited some more until the third person decided to meet.
