After applying I was contacted shortly after and had my first interview which was over zoom with a recruiter. It went well and I was told the next steps would be another virtual interview then a selection day on April 30th and I would hear back in a week or two. Then I had no contact from them for over two and a half months then they reached back out for the second interview a week and a half before the final selection day was supposed to happen. I had no email to contact the recruiter (because scheduling was through JobVite) so I couldn't have reached back out to them. The second interview had very few questions which were all behavioral and asked odd things. I was also informed that the program includes zero training and they just give you a project upon hiring and that the role is like business consultanting which was something that I don't think the job description reflected. Then I was contacted that I wasn't selected.
