A phone call of one hour with a Technical Project Manager and a Senior HR Business Partner, straight to the essential about the job opening. Some behavioural questions, but not too technical.
Then a final on site interview of 3 hours split into 3 meetings. 1) Technical interview without going too deep into details. It's more about if you know your stuff and presenting the different projects you will be working on . 2 ) Interview with the CFO, this one is more to restate the company's values and see if you will fit in it. 3) A last interview with the Senior HR Business Parter, this one focus once more on your social skills and your motivations for the job.
My fit after the interview process was pretty good. However 2 weeks later they canceled the job opening because of a reassignment of projects internally. Needless to say that completely destroyed the image of the company I had, a loss of time on both sides and my money at the same time (I flew from London for that interview).
