Scheduled phone call with CTO who showed up 10 minutes late to the interview and was very curt, unengaged, and asked very generic questions. Follow up interview was done with another senior engineer who showed up 15 minutes late but asked much better questions. Never received another communication after.

I was reached via email for a very short phone call. The interviewer hardly asked me any questions at all; I took up half the time asking my own questions and the call was 15 minutes. It seemed as though calling me was a formality and they had already picked someone for the role.
