I interviewed at EXL in Aug 2017.The interview was simple and was divided into three rounds.
First round being very basic technical questions and second medium level technical/business questions on past projects and last was the discussion with a Senior Leader.An easy interview as most of the questions were asked after googling interview questions and it was apparent.

Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
