It was a bit of surprise to me because I am not used to cognitive test and I don't even know how mastering them is related to my ability to effectively perform the task I may be assigned to

1 VERY EASY UCAT style online test
Finally HR Discussion about money.
I cleared all rounds but they delayed the offer letter by 3+ weeks after HR discussions during which I cleared and accepted another (better) offer.

Had a very bad experience only because of a newly joined HR, I don't know how she has became a Sr. Recruiter who actually doesn't have basic etiquette.
I think they should HIRE A BETTER RECRUITER first.
Although, the interviewer was very friendly as well as supportive.
WORST experience only because of so called "SENIOR RECRUITER".
