3-stage interview: 1) a talk with a manager including standart questions about experience, education+ I was offered a test on English (it was easy due to the fact that I was interview on the position of working with young learners - took me 3 minutes to do) and case studying: I was offered a few cases to solve connected to class management and giving instructions to young English learners, 2) A trial offline lesson - I was given materials and all necessary info about students to conduct a class. 3) A talk with both managers about future perspectives and working hours.
