Long interview process with 3-4 rounds of phone interviews with analysts and associates. Followed by a superday consisting of several hours of back-to-back interview rounds with employees at every level.

Was a pretty short interview. Online Zoom calls, typical real estate questions, sometimes late to call and had to reschedule which felt a bit unprofessional. One person focused on behaviorals while another person focused on more technical questions.

Kinda standoff-ish, but quick response rate. Only had the coffee chat and then made it to the first round. One of the associates rescheduled on me twice with only a 10 minute notice.
