Applied through company website. Interviewed a couple weeks later at HQ at Humberside Airport near Hull. Interviewed with operations manager and crewing manager, both very friendly. It wasn't too difficult, a fairly 'classical' interview with questions about my past experience and what I could bring to the team etc. A few technical questions related to the job. Received offer about a week later.
