I had two telephone interviews. The first one was a fairly brief screening interview to make sure that I understood that this was non salaried and, I think, to get an idea of how my presentation skills based on my description of my prior experience. The second interview was also brief but they asked again about experience. It seemed that if you had some experience and sounded professional that you would be hired.
