The interview was arranged by the college. The company has 2 office in Pune (i)Kharadi, EON (ii) Magarpatta.
The interview took place at kharadi campus.
Interview process:
1. Group Discussion conducted of 6 members at a time.
2. We were total of 18 people, out of those 9 people cleared GD round.
3. After that, there was a technical round in which mainly questions were asked on the OOPS concept and your projects.
4. Out of 9, 7 cleared the technical round and after that HR round was there. In HR round they will examine you on communication skill and how you explain the thing really matter.
5. What I tried to do in HR was to speak in a steady tone and making proper eye contact with the interviewer.
Short listing and then directly 2 interviews (one technical and one HR).
There was no qualification test conducted.
Resume short listing was done based on grades and the overall projects

Have you been in a leadership role and how did you perform?
More personality based than technical. There were 2 interviewers of which one was from HR and the other worked there. The interview was very open where you would share more about yourself than the company would share about them.

I interviewed for Eaton on the campus recruitment process. First, students get shortlisted by their CGPAs.
The first round was resume shortlisting, and after that, there were 1 technical round and HR round.
