The interviewer didn't provide any details such as who will be going to conduct the interview etc. and didn't send any email confirmations. When asked him to send an email confirmation for the scheduled interview, he said that they do not send emails and only send WhatsApp message for confirmation to interviewee on the scheduled date. Got the call from Interviewer on the scheduled interview date to confirm the attendance which I confirm in positive. Reached the venue at the scheduled time and contacted the interviewer and he said that he has some work and will meet soon and asked to check with receptionist. Receptionist call him after 10-15 mins past the scheduled time but the interviewer told him to make me wait. Waited there for 40 mins and after that sent him a message saying that I will be leaving to which he neither replied nor contacted me for apologizing for his no show. Highly unprofessional behavior was demonstrated by not respecting the interviewee's time and not apologizing for no-show. This is unacceptable from interviewer who is supposed to manage time, money, risks and resources efficiently and effectively.
