Initial interview was a 30 min phone call with HR. They then sent the responses to the hiring manager to review. I was notified 6 days later that they were going with another candidate.

Typical questions, what is your education, experience, work history. Took a tour of the facility, overall went well. Hiring process appears to be one sided, follow up was non-existent. Reached out to the recruiter a couple days after the interview and was ghosted.
