Colloquio
The process was one of the better ones. There were no useless coding exercises.
Firstly, they presented me with a piece of code that I needed to review. It was intentionally riddled with code smells so it was pretty easy to review it.
Next, I had a video interview with one of the Senior Developers and a Manager. The interview was open-ended with no coding. They presented me with engineering problems that I could potentially encounter as a Senior Engineer. There were also a few system design questions.
I couldn't make it past this stage. I messed up a few questions that were asked during this interview and the interviewers had to jump in with hints. Either way, I wouldn't rate it as a negative experience.
The only thing that bugged me a little was that there was no specific feedback in the email that I received from the HR representative. I have reached out to them regarding and I hope they can give some specific feedback to me.

Senior Software Engineer- Python Developer: HR Shared a piece of code for code review & asked to provide review comments.
The assessment was too easy, I completed it & send the solution to them. They didn't reply for over a week, after that i got a ping from Recruiting Agency over Linkedin that I didn't clear the assessment.
I am surprised to see that I didn't clear it as it was way too easy . Also, they didn't share any feedback on what went wrong with solution.

- Code review, riddled with code smells easy to get over this round.
- Tech interview with one of the team lead, that's where things started to look shaky. The call got dropped N number of times because of connectivity issues from their end.
- HR round, very simple normal questions, Check stuff about the company
- Tech round with 2 Devs, 2 hours of call drops and abstract questions, I don't know how it works there with so many connectivity issues, breaks your rhythm badly.
