Unfortunately it's a contradicting experience for me. The team looks very friendly, the job as is so empathetic, encourage people with Neurodiversity to ask for interview adjustment but when I did that and ask them to use AI chat and Informed them I am working more with Rapid development tool, they give me one week to study and understand python code+ GitHub action+ helm + docker. And ask me to extend the code although when I put sample for improvement enhancement to use certificate, they didn't accept that certificate is not working+ they didn't like I use AI ( this was a sample for improvement not actual implementation) you are assuming that I am an expert and I know python although I was transperant from the beginning that I am willing to learn...I spent a week of studying but it was enough to meet their high expectations. After 3 round they rejected me because of the assessment, so why you didn't start with it?!
