My first interview call was with HR team and they asked about my profile and i shared my employment details and notice period and my day today activities as asked by HR executive. Later arranged an telephonic interview for first round technical and questionnaire was very friendly and interesting and explored me in all ares like technical,customer handling, ticket flow and team coordination skills. i got shortlisted for face to face interview for the second round, the second round was handled by three people, one from Active directory admin, second from service desk and and team lead and third guy from Database team. They asked frequently one after the other in their specialization in details about my experience, technical knowledge to support the Data center, vendor coordination, ticket flow, team coordination, work culture and about the scenario based technical questions. Cleared the second round technical and had third round with manager round and he too asked about my last experience,certifications,IT infrastructure handling and also about the current requirement for the position and even that too cleared and short listed for the final round with MD. where he asked about myself,communication skills, earlier experience and my goals and i was HIRED on the same day and had tea with new mates.
