One of the most unorganized interview processes I encountered. Applied to AmEx GBT, got contacted by an Egencia recruiter with no mention of AmEx GBT until I asked. Every interview was prefaced with scheduling and Zoom confusion. The final round was one continuous panel interview with no breaks in between 3 rounds of interviewers. Hiring manager said that I would hear soon, only for me to then be ghosted by the recruiter.
