The interview process was 5 rounds of interviews. Phone screen, interview w hiring manager and then three stakeholders. All separate interviews that consisted of 30 mins - 1 hour. The recruiter ghosted after all interviews. I followed up and never got a response as I was emailing with the scheduling coordinator and it was an HR system. The recruiter never reached out after and wasn’t in touch or accessible to reach. Finally I emailed the hiring manager online after locating her email address. I asked for an update and they told me to check back in two weeks later. I never heard back from her after emailing her a second time asking for an update. Finally I received an autogenerated message from the recruiter saying I wasn’t selected due to location. What does that even mean? This was a fully remote job with no required travel and the JD did not mention any hiring restrictions. Total waste of time and honestly really inconsiderate and poor communication. I wouldn’t accept an offer from this company because they don’t appear to care for people. The interview process was conducted in one week back to back interviews. They mentioned that they were moving quickly wanted to come to a decision. Ghosted for 3 weeks and then lead me on for another 4 weeks. A total of 5 hours of interview time and no consideration. The pay for the role was also very low and not industry standards for the job role and responsibilities. Good luck to the person who got offered the job! The hiring manager did email me back once and couldn’t even address my name. She said “Hi,” - it was very strange and disconnecting.
