First I had a 20 minute screener phone interview. Then, the callback interview was about 3 hours long, with 30 minutes intervals with each attorney. I believe I spoke to at least 6 different people. Everyone was incredible and so easy to talk to! After the interview, I was taken to lunch with two younger associates. This felt like a more informal way to ask questions I might not have wanted to ask of senior partners. Interview questions were what you’d expect: why law school, why litigation, why Eimer Stahl, what was your favorite class during 1L, etc. I really enjoyed the process!
