There was 4 steps. First the HR executive calls and cross checks our position, education and if we are ready to look at opportunities outside. Then the HR manager calls and checks the salary and expectations. Then comes the technical interview - where indepth questions on the technology and its application are asked. During the final interview, salary negotiation happens and also discussion on notice period, location, work form home facility etc., are discussed.
