I had a phone interview first with the Engineering Manager. Which was pretty easy first interview/introduction questions. There were some brief technical questions in this round. I was then asked to come in for a second interview in person with both the engineering manager and HR manager. The interview lasted around 30 -45 minutes and I was asked behavioral questions and then more technical questions at the end of the interview. I was then asked to come in a third time in person. This time it was with the Engineering Manager, HR Manager, Sales Manager and CEO. I was asked some resume based questions from the Sales Manager but most of the questions came from the CEO. Mainly asking about my professional work experience as well as school related experience. The interviews aren't stuffy and it seems like a relaxed environment. Unfortunately I was not offered the position.
