Face to face interview w/ 3 people. The position was an entry level type position and was low-paying. It was my first job on the West Coast so I was trying very hard to get it. I don't know if EA conducts their interviews for play testers in a 3 person panel type interview or not, this was about 15 years ago.

Fairly easy, I sent out my CV and got an interview meeting set up. During the interview, there were some easy test, to check my english skills (speech and writing), as well as the ability to spot bugs within games and prioritize them.
