I got called in for 3 interviews, all with 2 people each in them. It really depends on the individuals. I had 2 amazing interviews, and the third one was really awful. The third interview was held by a man who had his arms crossed the entire time, and was very negative and abrupt. He reacted to every answer as if it was completely incorrect, and wanted me to fail. The other 2 interviews went extremely well, and the interviewers seemed to ask intelligent questions and were very friendly. They were all standard interview questions. Nothing super technical (depends on the job).

There was a phone screen with the Recruiter, then an interview with the Development Manager, and a final interview with the Manager, Research Operations. The entire process took 3 weeks and was extremely positive.

The interview process consisted with 3 interviews, a 15 minute call with a recruiter, then one-on-one with the hiring manager, then a small panel interview. They were quick to schedule and flexible around my schedule since they were all through zoom. Both the recruiter and hiring manager asked fair and interesting questions about myself, my experience, and behavioural questions relating to the position. They showed engagement with each interview.

2 interview with 2 different groups, later with higher ups. Questions were expected and everyone was friendly. Communication post interview was not great, unfortunately. That may be more of a reflection of the recruiting team though.
