Large group interview that breaks up into 1 on 1 interviews. You are asked about games and knowledge about EA. Pay attention to how you answer these questions, it is how you get assigned to a project. Depending on how you answer you could be assigned to a handheld my little pony game, you will test this for 40 hours a week every week. This is obviously less desirable than testing an online multiplayer or larger title.

Fairly easy, I sent out my CV and got an interview meeting set up. During the interview, there were some easy test, to check my english skills (speech and writing), as well as the ability to spot bugs within games and prioritize them.
