I had two interviews, both on video chat. The initial interview was performed by one of the recruiters and the second was done by the HR manager. I was enamored with the company and its mission by the end of the first one. She really got me excited about being a part of the company. My second interview sealed it for me. It was refreshing to talk to people who were so passionate about their company after going through a lot of dry, lifeless interviews.
