The HR team at Elevate has zero consideration for their candidate’s time and effort. They are extremely disrespectful. I was asked to complete a 30 minute presentation for their team and present it at their downtown office. I was told they would get back to me in 2 weeks. They got back to me 4 weeks later after I reached out to THEM. After spending hours creating an in-depth presentation, they couldn’t take 5 minutes out of their day to simply send an email letting me know I did not get the position. They gave me a weekend to prep a 30 minute presentation and they were emailing me nonstop to make sure I was prepared and was coming in for the interview. Then silence. In hindsight I am glad - it is evident that they do not care about their candidates/employees effort or time. The interview also proved that the role would require an unhealthy amount of work with little to no reward. I would recommend against interviewing with Elevate. No interview should require that much work before even getting the job.
