Smooth and simple, talked to about 3 people, one from the business division who had been my first contact and who then forwarded me to the Data Science team. Got asked questions about myself, my experience and a bit about statistics. Also was on the call with HR a few times, they seemed pretty competent and supportive. Got the position but didn't work out from my side eventually.
