Did it online And in person with no real Minimum skills needed other dialing the phone - over and over - with no credible leads or clients that were interested in the operations. Not really sure they know what they're selling.

Pretty straightforward and basic. It's mostly about them and not you, with a lot of selling how they are redefining how business operates and you'll be rich in commissions. Just show up and you're in.
