Smooth Process by Ed Johnson. he made it easy to explain my skill and how i can be an asset to the company. I was let go because of improper investigation by Wayne Tripp. I also found out my social security number was incorrect in the system. I appreciated the dispatch team at headquarters and hope they're still there making elite ELITE

the interview process was extremely short , and unorganized. Seems as if they were rushing to fulfill a contractual obligation they didn't properly prepare for. I was concerned about the level of intelligence and competency of guards and managers to retain contracts long term.
