The application process took 2 weeks just to get an initial interview. The interviewer was very condescending, arrogant and sarcastic. There were a lot of probing questions which took too much unnecessary time. She raised red flags for the company. I am glad I did not move forward to the application

Initial interview was a screening call with HR. The following interview was with CTO and he came in late for the interview whilst the HR and I were waiting. Also he asked me to extend the interview for a further 30 mins than what was originally scheduled. He was literally taking down notes with pen and paper of the answers provided, I'm not sure if its writing down ideas or processes that they can implement instead of giving 100% attention and having a conversation with the interviewee. A week later, I was informed I was not selected but no feedback was provided whether it was lack of skill or experience etc. Nearly 11 months later, they approach me about the same position. I reminded them I had interviewed and if they didn't see me fit at the time, why are they interested 11 months later.
