“What do you know about emergent and recruiting?”
“Tell me about your responsibilities at your previous jobs.”
“What is your salary expectations?”
They place you in a conference room and start asking you these questions. Eventually, you’ll meet with Bethany, the Senior Recruiter, who will ask you similar questions.

The first round was in person and lasted about an hour. It was with one of the owners. The second round interview was a half day with the team to see daily process. They then take you to lunch with a few team members.
