Had one interview, met with 4 people, offered the job the next morning. Granted I had a prior relationship with the office before I was hired, so my process was a bit different than most people's.

To be honest, I can't remember any questions that really stumped me. They were pretty straight forward asking me my experience, what I was looking for, etc.
