I was "found" through a referral and the process compared to other companies was AWESOME! The phone interview was like a normal conversation about my background and who I am. Onsite interview was role playing and receiving feedback then being able to apply it. Was very comfortable throughout the whole situation and felt like I was joining a team where I could actually make an impact and wouldn't just be an number. Left feeling good.

the system took the time to understand the recruiting space rather than manufacturing a group of features that sound good on paper. Everything about the Lever experience seems to be deliberate. Ultimately, you guys have provided a single-platform that unobtrusively gives you access to all the information you need, but lets you intuitively collaborate with anyone on your team who’s involved in the hiring process. There also seems to be an emphasis on the human aspect of hiring. Resumes and cover letters are great and certainly necessary, but at the end of the day we all want to work with people we like; or at least people we respect and can collaborate with. Not only does the software itself promote finding the best PEOPLE, but the company, the office and the inclusive environment you present is something that I personally get excited about. And of course on top of all that, the start-up culture and values that I’ve read about are all things I can see myself being a part of and ultimately contributing to.
