The process consisted of 2 phone interviews and 4 back to back virtual interviews and took place over the course of 1 month. The recruiter and hiring managers asked really intentional question to learn about who you are, how you work, and how you handle and have handled various situations concerning resilience, empathy, coaching, work ethic, values, and kindness. There were two role plays, and the final interview is geared to learn more about your life experience, how it influences your professional life and goals, and to understand what motivates you and how you'd like to grow.

The whole interview process was very fast and smooth. I applied for this role on a Thursday and heard back the next day to schedule a phone interview for the next week. I had my phone interviews Monday and Tuesday then went in for an onsite the next day and accepted an offer a few days after!
