Started with phone screening call then an in person interview and a hour of shadowing in the ER department. Interview was friendly and I enjoyed the process. Though have not heard back since so do not think I am being considered for the position.

I got a phone call from hiring rep. They ask about availability and will send a questionnaire to fill out. After, there is an onsite interview with the unit manager.
