First interview is with the founder/president/executive director. Second interview is usually with her and one or two other staff members. Do not wear fragrance of any kind or anything with witch hazel in it. Do not wear fingernail polish or heavy makeup. She is concerned about the environment, especially toxic chemicals. Frugality is important to her.
