I had two calls with HR that went well followed by a Zoom interview with the CTO. I was told I'd be moving on to the onsite interview and to expect the invitation within a week. Unfortunately, I was completely ghosted thereafter. The HR person I was working with left the company and the new person I was referred to never bothered to respond. Bizarre and disappointing.
