3 interviews with 3 different people, a foreign language skills phone interview and a test event in Aspen. There was a drug test and I needed 5 past employment and character references. I needed a driving record free of DUI's, accidents and speeding tickets. The event was smaller, but I needed to run the show and had a sales quota. I was paid a smaller daily rate. There was a short phone interview to evaluate my German language skills.
