1st Interview was typical HR screening with walking through resume and strengths and weakness. Also asked for a specific time when you solved a problem. Pretty basic. From there a 2nd interview was schedule. 2nd interview was with potential supervisor. Delved a little deeper into asking about my favorite ads and campaigns. Also talked more about the internship. It seemed like they kept asking if I was going to be okay with those responsibilities. Asked about my internship experience prior. Both interviews in person @ Chicago Office. They went on to tell me I did not receive the position because they picked another candidate but then put the posting up again for the position about a week later. Asked for additional feedback and did not hear anything.
