Interviewer's behaviour were very implicit, questions were not understandable. And they were interrupting a lot. They provided me 3 options before the interview: 1- I will fix a code having bugs which they have provided. 2- I will demo an application I implemented before. 3- I will give a training session for any software product. I choice the third one and shared the product name before the interview. On the interview, just after 1 minute I started to explain one the interviewers gave such a response "No no no I do not want to see it, this is too complicated, it has been very long since I have seen a vim editor, please close this I do not want to see it.". The other interviewer asked me to pick the option 1 and repeat the interview again 2 days later. And this second interview was even worse, interviewer was very implicit, it was very difficult for me to stay calm and polite.

I had an initial conversation with Talent Acquisition followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional, and the discussions were pleasant throughout. During the second interview, it became clear that my background and the actual requirements of the role were not as closely aligned as I had initially understood from the job description. While I appreciated the open discussion and transparency, I felt that clearer expectations in the job posting or earlier screening could have saved time for both sides. Overall, the process was respectful and positive, but I believe a more precise description of the role would have helped ensure a better match from the start.
