The interview process seemed very lengthy but, was explained clearly on the online application. The first stage was a phone interview which included scenario and personal questions. Once successful the next stage was a branch visit where you were emailed a list of things you must complete with the branch manager so you were able to see a day in the life of an employee, it was then finished with an interview. The final stage of the interview process was an assessment day in Cardiff. On this day you complete a logistics task and then had to explain what you had done in this. Role plays and a group discussions. The last part of the day included a final interview which included scenario and personal questions.
