Starts with multiple calls from different managers. After confirming schedules and pay, one is finally told when an interview can be made face to face. A few questions and one is offered the job. Drug tests are asked for.

First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.
