The interview process was long yet conformable. They make the interview seem more like a conversation and not like an interrogation. There are 3 separate Interviews. For the first interview I was required to drive over an hour.

Good interview the lady was very nice and asked some basic questions first and once we connected and talked more she began testing my mind a little bit more. overall a great experience.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.

3rd interview is with senior leadership who assess long term fit and commitment.
