First, I had an interview over the phone. We started off by introducing ourselves and talking about our careers. We talked about past job experiences and he explained how he climbed up the levels of the company. Explained the working hours and starting salary.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
