Lack of online testing made the online application approachable and relatively simple, after a week or so I was contacted to arrange a phone interview which was quite informal and asked things like "are you willing to travel?", "where do you currently work and what does it entail" and "what made you want to apply for our position". Was asked to attend a 1:1 interview at the end of the phone call which was arranged for the following week, the interviewer was welcoming and polite, asked more questions about my skills and competencies, why I wanted o work for them and how my experiences would help me in the position. Currently waiting to hear whether I will be progressing onto Assessment Centre stage.
